Major companies are now demanding project managed supply of valves.
To meet this demand from our customers we have set up an in-house, project management team. This team has a wealth of product and manufacturing experience backed up with the latest technology including an integrated ERP System, including MRP, Capacity Planning, Document Tracking and Export Documentation modules the team ensures your projects managed and are kept on-track.
Scope
Shipham Valves scope each project individually so we can define the complete customer’s requirements.
Plan
Shipham then plan the Project by mapping our customers requirements to our internal resources and giving realistic achievable due dates.
Perform
We then manufacture to an agreed schedule, ensuring critical milestones are achieved.
