Quality management is not simply inspecting defects out, that’s yesterday’s approach, it is a way of life to ensure Shipham Valves consistently achieves the fundamental business objective of meeting agreed customer requirements first time and every time while at all times complying with applicable standards and legislation.
We recognise quality is everybody’s responsibility whatever the role. This means managing the entire process from the enquiry and quotation stage to the delivery of our products, backed up by efficient after sales customer service.

Systems
Our process based documented management system exceeds the requirements of ISO9001:2000, PED 97/23 EC, Machinery Certificate 98/37/EC and CE Part Marking 93/68/EEC.
Design
Our products exceed the applicable product standards and relevant legislation and the guiding principle is “fitness for purpose”
